Domaine Roses Camille stands out as the only estate in France to produce 100% of its wines kosher, with a level of quality rarely matched. Recognizing the scarcity of high-end kosher wines, Christophe Bardeau, as early as 2005, selected the finest plot in Pomerol to create what would become the best kosher wine ever made.

This bold gamble was quickly confirmed by numerous journalists and critics. Daniel Rogov, a leading figure in the wine world, hailed the 2005 Roses Camille as the best French kosher wine, and ranked the 2005 and 2006 vintages among the top 3 kosher wines in the world.

Today, all the estate's wines – whether Roses Camille, Roses Louise, Écho de Roses Camille, or Clos Lavaud – are produced under the direct supervision of the kashrut authority on the property itself. Kashrut is ensured by Michel Emsellem, under the supervision of the Beth Din of Paris and the Orthodox Union.
